How do I place an AD?
Go to the Place an Ad page and fill out the listing form with
all relative information. Once the form is complete and you
are satisfied with your ad, click the preview button. If all
is ok, click the submit button to place your ad in our database.
You will then be presented with payment options

If I am a realetor or developer can I exchange properties
using the same listing number?
No. One property per listing number. Canadianhomes4sale.com
retains the right to refuse service to anyone who is caught
doing this.

much does it cost to place a property ad?
Advertising rates are a one time fee of $50.00 plus GST (or
$70.00 plus GST if you choose to use the Show Case Home Feature). THIS RATE IS OUR WINTER 2008/2009 PROMOTIONAL RATE "SAVE 50%!
There will be no additional charges for as long as your listing
stays on canadianhomes4sale.com site.

How do I get my home listed as a Show Case home?
For a small additional charge of $20.00 ( 2008/2009 WINTER DISCOUNT RATE OF %50!), your listing can
be one of our "Showcase Listings". Showcase listings
are shown at the top of all pages on this site and should
receive up to 10 times as much traffic as a regular listing.
To make your listing a "Showcase Listing" log-in
to your member account and simply upgrade your listing to
a Showcase Listing.
Q:
When do I get to add my photos?
Once you have submitted your listing and made payment you
will be able to upload photos under the edit my ad link on
the home page.
Q:
How do I upload my Photos?
Once you have submitted your listing and made payment, just
go to the Member Control Panel. Enter your login information.
There you will find a list of options. Choose "edit listing".
You will notice where it says "There is no primary photo
associated with this listing". "Add Photo"
is just below to right. The instructions are very easy to
follow and it will take about 5 minutes to add your photos.
We recommend that you prepare your images before you begin
to upload them. They can be in either .GIF or .JPG
Q:
Can I change the photos once they are uploaded?
Yes. You may change photos as often as you like as long as
you are uploading them yourself using the photo upload feature.
If we scan them for you and place them they remain the same
until you cancel.
Q:
What size photos are accepted and in what format?
Our software will automatically resize your images. You can
upload any .GIF or .JPG format

If I don't want to upload my photos myself, what options do
I have?
If you don't have access to the Internet, you can call us
(250) 355-2489 and we will send you the appropriate form by
fax or mail. Or you could write a detailed description of
your home or property. Select up to 6 of your favorite photos
of your home or property and a check or money order for $105.00
plus GST ( or $125.00 plus GST if you plan to include your
property in our “Showcase Listings”) and our staff
will personally scan your photos and upload your ad directly
to canadianhomes4sale.coms web site. Please allow 5 working
days for your ad to be uploaded and your photos returned.
Canadianhomes4sale.com will contact you when your ad has been
completed

If I mail my photos when will they appear?
All photos are normally scanned and uploaded to your listing
the same day we receive them, but we ask that you please allow
5 working days for your ad to be uploaded

I lost my password? What can I do to retrieve it?
Don't worry, go to the Member Control Panel page, where can
enter your email address and retrieve your password. Your
information will be sent to you via email. You must use the
email address that is associated with your listing.
Q:
How do I cancel my ad?
Simply email us with your listing # and Password, requesting
that we take your ad off of our site. We will follow up with
confirmation e-mail before proceeding
Q:
My site won't print on one page, am I doing something wrong?
Depending on the amount of information you have included about
your home / property it may take some adjustments to get your
page to print on one page.
Q:
Can Real Estate Agents advertise on this site?
Canadianhomes4sale.com is open to agents, brokers, developers
as well as property owners. There are no restrictions as to
who can use this site to sell their properties
